Stormont Glass House was completed in conjunction with the Department of Finance and Personnel and H&J Martin. The Glasshouse is a lean-to structure adjacent to the class A listed cottages. A new floor was required, and Armatile’s Victorian style flooring was chosen, primarily because it was manufactured to fit around the various manhole covers with minimal complications.
